Our Mission

Blossoming Through Behavior provides children with quality interventions to create an effective behavioral change while at the same time, empowering the individuals’ families throughout the journey.

Iriana Crosswelll, MS.Ed., is a dedicated and compassionate educator, counselor, and lifelong learner. Iriana has extensive education and experience in working with diverse learners. Her passion for empowering children, combined with the knowledge from her experiences, led her to found Blossoming Through Behavior.
